Before you start driving lessons...

Before starting driving lessons, you must hold a Provisional Driving Licence. Applying for a Provisional Driving Licence is easy. You can use the DVLA secure online service, or go to a Post Office and fill in form D1, and enclose this along with original identity documentation, a passport style photograph, and the current fee. Applications should be sent to:

DVLA, Swansea. SA99 1AD.

It should only take about 3 weeks for your licence to arrive you can then book your driving lessons.
